Event Planning

I was the lead coordinator for the annual Senior Legacy Symposium at Saint Louis University. I started my correspondence with 100 departments in January and quickly gathered and organized the participating students. In preparation for the symposium I wrote announcements in SLU's daily newsletter Newslink, created posters and digital signage, and worked with a company to create a mobile app instead of printing programs for the event. There was a total of 173 students involved and a turnout of over 250 guests. After the event, I conducted feedback surveys and designed a website for the next symposium planner.
